7. Good nutrition for teeth
It is no secret that nutrition affects all systems of our body and health in general. We are what we eat, and that is the truth. By following a few simple rules, you can keep your teeth from further damage:
- Include maximum amount of vitamins and substances to your diet, your body needs fiber, iron, proteins, fats and even carbohydrates.
- Include to your daily ration such food as carrots, apples, etc. Surprisingly, soft berries, strawberries are good for tooth brushing – they are a natural whitener, but be careful not to spoil the enamel.
- Eat food with calcium. The highest concentration of this substance is found in such products as cottage cheese, cheese, green vegetables, nuts, etc.
